Firefighters in South Africa’s Cape Winelands are struggling to contain a massive wildfire that has been burning out of control for several days.
The fire, which started in the mountainous regions, has spread rapidly due to strong winds and dry conditions, threatening homes, vineyards, and wildlife.
Authorities have deployed multiple firefighting teams, aerial support, and emergency services to prevent further destruction. 
Residents in nearby areas have been placed on high alert, with some evacuations already underway.
The Cape Winelands District Municipality has urged the public to stay away from affected areas and report any new fire outbreaks. Firefighters continue their efforts to contain the blaze as concerns grow over the potential damage to agriculture and tourism in the region.
