The Investing in Innovation Africa (i3) Program 2025 has launched applications to support African healthtech startups revolutionizing healthcare supply chains. The program, backed by global partners such as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, aims to empower startups solving key healthcare distribution challenges across the continent.
Selected companies will receive up to $50,000 in equity-free grants, tailored business advisory services, and access to strategic partnerships with major healthcare stakeholders. Entrepreneurs will benefit from connections to leading investors, technical support, and networking opportunities with global health industry experts.
Eligible startups should be focused on health product distribution innovations that enhance access to medical supplies, improve affordability, and streamline logistics in African healthcare systems. The application process is open to startups operating in all African regions, with a deadline set for February 28, 2025.
Since its inception, the i3 program has accelerated numerous health-focused startups, helping them scale their operations and expand their market reach across Africa.
