Applications are now being accepted for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) “Leadership for Africa” (LfA) Master’s Scholarship program for the 2026 academic year. This fully funded scholarship program supports Master’s studies in Germany for qualified applicants from Sub-Saharan African countries. The scholarships are available for all fields of study except for Medicine and Veterinary Medicine.
The DAAD LfA program aims to support future leaders in Africa by providing them with the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in Germany. Applicants will need to submit a DAAD application form, a hand-signed CV in Europass format, and a signed motivation letter. The application deadline for the 2025/2026 program is June 10, 2025.
The DAAD “Leadership for Africa” scholarship represents a significant opportunity for aspiring African leaders to gain valuable knowledge and skills in Germany. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline to be considered for this fully funded program.
